Photo & DVD Order Form
Each contestant was photographed during each competition and during crowning ceremonies. Upon receipt of your order, we will create a custom CD-ROM for you. Your CD will include some individual and group images specified by the package you purchase; taken of you during what is deemed as individual, IE: Interview, On stage shots, IE: costume, rehearsal, all contestants during your competition appearances, as well as all images of crowning ceremonies in which you appear. On Package C you will receive group photos of other competitors and you the contestant as well as individual photos shot of you per each event, IE: Holiday, State.

Photo Packages will be mailed out within 30 business days after August 1, 2008. Please be sure to fill out your address label or information via PayPal completely. While you have purchased the right to copy images from your disk, we still own the original images, and may post them on our website or other marketing material for advertisement. Please note that our backdrop and equipment is for our use ONLY. DO NOT take any photos on our backdrop at any time with your own camera, regardless if you wish to purchase photos or not from us. Your photos will be taken for the directors’ disk.
